Closes the year with in Seville

Pablo Heras-Casado will close the year in Seville, Cordoba and Granada leading the Orquesta de la Fundación Barenboim-Said. The Andalusian tour will start next December 28 at the Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville, continue on Friday 29 at the Gran Teatro de Córdoba and ending on Saturday 30 at the Auditorio Manuel de Falla in Granada*. The Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 35, one of the most popular masterpieces of Tchaikovsky will be performed with Amaury Coeytaux as a soloist. The second part will be completed with Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8 in G major, op. 88, work premiered in Prague in 1890 and was conducted by the composer himself. The three concerts will be performed by young musicians, between 12 and 26 years old, studying at the Academy of Orchestral Studies of the Barenboim-Said Foundation.
