Concerts with the Los Angeles Philharmonic

Pablo Heras-Casado returns to the US this autumn, leading the Los Angeles Philharmonic in a three-concert series with pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard. Mr. Heras-Casado has previously conducted the LAPhil to great acclaim, in performances heralded as “illuminating” (Los Angeles Times) and filled with a “bristling energy” (Bachtrack).
The October 7 programme features Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G and Stravinsky’s work The Firebird. Both works are performed on October 8 & 9, with the addition of Ravel’s Alborada del gracioso.
