Heras-Casado makes Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin debut

Pablo Heras-Casado makes his debut with Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin this weekend, leading the musicians in a program of works by Debussy, de Falla, Dallapiccola and Mendelssohn.

The single concert on Sunday, December 5 will take place at Berlin’s legendary Philharmonie. Heras-Casado’s DSO-Berlin performance comes on the heels of a busy fall season of debuts with American orchestras, including the San Francisco Symphony and the Seattle Symphony. Following his Berlin engagement, the Spanish conductor makes yet another debut on December 16 when he leads the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra in a program of Mendelssohn, Schumann and Busoni.
