Mendelssohn with Isabelle Faust & the Freiburger Barockorchester in Germany

On June 15, Pablo Heras-Casado leads an all-Mendelssohn concert with the Freiburger Barockorchester and violinist Isabelle Faust, hosted by the Soli Deo Gloria Festival at the Theater Wolfsburg. The programme, featured as a highlight of the annual festival, includes the composer’s Violin Concerto in E minor, Op. 64, played by Ms. Faust, as well as The Hebrides overture, Op. 26 and the Symphony No. 5 (“Reformation”).
