Pablo Heras-Casado Conducts the BRSO in Munich

Pablo Heras-Casado will conduct the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra (BRSO) on April 27 and 28, at the Herkulessaal in Munich. The program includes three extraordinary works from the 20th and 21st centuries: Stravinsky’s ballet L’oiseau de feu (The Firebird), Ligeti’s Lontano -in honor of the composer’s 100th birthday-, and Elena Firsova’s Concert for Piano and Orchestra, composed for and premiered by soloist Yefim Bronfman. Pablo Heras-Casado returns to Munich after his last two world premieres in the Musica Viva series.
