Concerts in Hamburg and Lübeck

On April 12 and 13 Pablo Heras-Casado will make his return to the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, leading the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra with two concerts including pieces by Britten, Falla, and Schumann.

The program will begin with Four Sea Interludes by Benjamin Britten, the British composer who extracted four of the six interludes of his opera Peter Grimes as the orchestra suite

The second piece by Manuel de Falla Noches en los jardines de España, with pianist Bertrand Chamayou. In addition to Manuel de Falla’s Nights in Spanish Gardens with pianist Bertrand Chamayou, also performs Schumann’s Symphony No. 3, also known as the Rhenish. On April 14 Heras-Casado and the NDR together with Chamayou will present the same dazzling program in Lübeck at the Musik- und Kongresshalle.
