“Garage Concert” with Munich Philharmonic Gives Concert Experience Vibrant New Setting

On March 2 Pablo Heras-Casado and the Munich Philharmonic leave the concert hall behind for one of the Bavarian city’s hippest club venues: the Postgaragen München (Deroystr. 3-5). The program will offer Shostakovich’s Ninth Symphony and songs from Mahler’s Das Knaben Wunderhorn, sung by soprano Measha Brueggergosman, in a brand new setting – an industrial club previously used as a Deutsche Post delivery truck garage. The evening will also include sets by DJs Jo Kraus, das Starmelt-DJ-Team, VJ hiltmeyer, Mäckie Messer.
