Fall performances in Germany

On September 22, Pablo Heras‐Casado conducts the Konzerthausorchester Berlin with a program including Felix Mendelssohn’s tragic overture ‘Die schöne Melusine’ from 1833 and the famous ‘Rheinische’ by Robert Schumann, which premiered in 1851. In the following two days violinist, Renaud Capuçon will join the program with Max Bruch’s Violin Concerto.

Heras-Casado will continue his fall season next September 30 in Die Glocke (Bremen) leading the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchester and star cellist Gautier Capuçon presenting Elgar’s Cello Concerto, Ryan Wigglesworth’s A First Book of Inventions and Brahms’ Symphony No. 4, and he will return to the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg for the same program on October 2.
