Pablo Heras-Casado conducts Falla, Debussy and Bartok in Berlin

Pablo Heras-Casado conducts for the first time the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin in two concerts, next March 10 and 11, to perform El amor brujo by Manuel de Falla with Marina Heredia, as well as works by Debussy and Bartók The first concert will be held at the Philharmonie and the following day at the Konzerthaus in Berlin. The program begins with Berceuse Héroïque, a lullaby for a hero, composed in homage to King Albert I of Belgium and his soldiers, followed by the symphonic poem for orchestra Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune and ends with the Concerto for orchestra by the Hungarian Béla Bartók.
