Concert at the Musée d’Orsay

On March 27, Pablo Heras-Casado returns to Paris to conduct the Orchestre de Paris in a unique concert at the Musée d’Orsay. The program dedicated to Maurice Ravel will include some of his most famous works: the Boléro, the Five Greek Popular Melodies, with the participation of French soprano Sabine Devieilhe, and his orchestration of the Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky’s masterpiece Pictures at an Exhibition. The concert will be recorded for streaming on the Mezzo and Arte platforms, on the Philharmonie de Paris Facebook channel, and through the #OrsayLive website. In addition, Pablo Heras-Casado will offer a masterclass on Friday, March 26, together with Rebecca Tong, First Prize-winning conductor in the inaugural edition of the La Maestra 2020 Competition.
